Long-time Las Vegas public relations executive Kelly Frey has two decades of experience under her belt, including serving as Director of Entertainment Public Relations & Social Media for Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas. In this role, she was responsible for developing the overall entertainment public relations strategy and devised individual show launch and maintenance programs for more than 30 shows at eight properties. Kelly announced and/or launched some of the city’s most well-known headlining shows, including Celine Dion, Elton John, Rod Stewart, Shania Twain, Mariah Carey and Reba, Brooks & Dunn at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace; Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez, and Lionel Richie at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino; and Olivia Newton-John at Flamingo Las Vegas, among others.

At Caesars, Kelly became well-known for the large-scale “welcome events” she planned, coordinated, and executed for a number of iconic headliners, including Britney Spears, Mariah Carey, Olivia Newton-John, CeeLo Green, and Shania Twain, an event that was named “one of the city’s biggest publicity stunts in decades” and the “best marketing move of 2012.” She was also honored with the Caesars Palace 2013 Chairman’s Award for Innovation and PRSA Pinnacle Award for Shania’s welcome event.

Previously, she has held publicity positions with the Sundance, CineVegas and AFI Film Festivals, and also served as the in-house publicist for Nashville-based management company Sandbox Entertainment, whose clients include major country superstars Little Big Town, Kacey Musgraves and Dan + Shay. Prior to launching KF Publicity, Kelly was partner and co-owner of The Publicity Lab, a Las Vegas-based integrated marketing consulting agency, creating unique public relations, marketing and special event experiences.

A recipient of VEGAS INC’s prestigious “40 Under 40” award, Kelly graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Arts in public relations.
